_Claude Code on behalf of davsclaus_

   Backport of #28310
([CAMEL-26028](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-26028)) to
camel-4.18.x.

When the method of an API component fails, the error message now names the
arguments of the call without their values. Previously it showed their values,
which hold the endpoint options, such as a password, an access token or a
client secret. The debug log of the call masks the values of the sensitive
options. This applies to all API components (as2, box, braintree, dhis2, fhir,
google-calendar, google-drive, google-mail, google-sheets, olingo2, olingo4,
twilio, zendesk).

A cherry-pick of 843ab12452c0 without its upgrade guide changes (the upgrade
note is in the 4.18 guide on main, in #28310), with one change: camel-4.18.x
has no `SensitiveUtils.maskUserInfoCredentials`, so the debug log masks the
values of the sensitive options but not the credentials of a `user:password@`
inside other values. The error message, the actual fix, is the same as on main.

The camel-core API helper tests pass.
