@davsclaus I chose the documentation-only approach because this is a rare edge case involving mixing exchange-local and ID-based tool-search sessions within the same exchange. The exact-session restoration was introduced to preserve the original exchange state, as requested in the previous review. Changing the runtime behavior to accommodate this mixed-session scenario could undermine that guarantee and introduce regressions in existing manual tool loops. Since the behavior is avoidable by keeping the session mode consistent throughout a tool loop, documenting this constraint is the lower-risk approach and keeps the production change focused.
