## Summary
Follow-up to #28354 (CAMEL-24767, tool search support).
The `toolSearchStrategy` option was declared as `@UriParam(enums =
"keyword,vector", defaultValue = "keyword")`, but the `AiToolSearchStrategy`
enum constants are `KEYWORD` / `VECTOR`. Camel's runtime matches enum values
ignoring case, so routes worked. Tooling, however, uses the metadata values as
the enum constants. For example, the camel-spring-boot starter generator
produced `AiToolSearchStrategy.keyword`, which broke the camel-spring-boot
build:

## Changes
- `camel-langchain4j-agent`, `camel-openai` (`openai` and `llm`) and
`camel-spring-ai-chat`: `@UriParam(enums = "KEYWORD,VECTOR", defaultValue =
"KEYWORD")`, matching the enum constants as we usually do.
- The option descriptions, error messages, component docs and test endpoint
URIs now say `KEYWORD` / `VECTOR`.
- Regenerated the component metadata, the catalog, and the endpoint and
component DSLs.
Existing routes using lowercase `toolSearchStrategy=vector` keep working,
because enum type conversion ignores case.
## Testing
- `mvn install -DskipITs` in camel-langchain4j-agent (86 tests),
camel-openai (411 tests) and camel-spring-ai-chat (20 tests): all pass.
