Backport of #28357 to camel-4.18.x. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-26109 A `vertx-websocket` consumer whose `sslContextParameters` differ from those of the server already running on its host and port now fails to start, instead of being served with the first consumer's settings. Only consumers that actually connected are disconnected on stop. Includes the upgrade-guide note for this release.
