This adds the camel-wordpress note of #28565 to `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_22.adoc`, under "Upgrading from 4.22.2 to 4.22.3". The text is the same as the 4.24 note and as the note in the guide on `camel-4.22.x`. It accompanies the backport of #28565 ([CAMEL-26347](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-26347)) to `camel-4.22.x`: #28577. Merge this after #28577 is merged.
