Backport of #28581 to camel-4.22.x. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-26344 With this, a 4.22.x CLI selects Forage 1.6.2 (built for 4.22) instead of `LATEST`, which is now Forage 1.7.0 (built for 4.23). Adaptations for 4.22.x: - 4.22.x has no `Printer.printWarn`, so warnings are printed as `WARN: ...` lines through `println`, as elsewhere on this branch. - Tests use the branch's `useHomeDir` isolation and `getOutput()`. - The upgrade note is in `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_22.adoc` under 4.22.2 -> 4.22.3. Testing: - Unit: the three modules' test suites run in a container. 937 tests against 900 on the unmodified branch, with identical failure sets: only `ExportMainApplicationProperties` fails, the same way on unmodified camel-4.22.x. - End-to-end with the built 4.22.3-SNAPSHOT launcher: `camel plugin add forage` selects 1.6.2; `--version 1.7.0` is honoured with a warning; the fixture plugin cases behave as on main. After adding on 4.22 and then running on a 4.24 CLI, the plugin keeps working, warns once, and re-adding moves it to the 4.24 release.
