`AGENTS.md` (which `CLAUDE.md` links to) is loaded into every AI agent
session in this repository. This PR cuts it from 39 KB to 15 KB (about 10k → 4k
tokens per session). The rules themselves stay, but sections that repeat other
docs now point to them instead.

   ## Changes

   - **Security model:** kept the trust assumptions, the private-disclosure
rule and the `LwJavaParserSecurityTest` trap. The in/out of scope lists, the
committer review checklist and the operator hardening checklist now point to
`security-model.adoc`. Its "Vulnerability scope", "Guidance for component
authors and reviewers" and "Deployment hardening" sections already cover them
in more detail.
   - **Merge procedure:** the merge rules stay in `AGENTS.md`: human approval,
no unresolved conversations, no self-approval, and the backport exception. The
step-by-step procedure is now only in
`.oss-ai-helper-rules/project-guidelines.md`, which already had a copy. Details
that were only in `AGENTS.md` moved there: creating a missing milestone, `bug`
meaning end-user facing fixes only, merge flags, and keeping the AI co-author
trailer on squash.
   - **Fix:** the milestone example said `4.24.0-SNAPSHOT` → `4.23.0`. It now
says `4.24.0`, in both files.
   - **Adding components:** the list of parent folders that need a `MojoHelper`
entry was out of date (it was missing `camel-alibaba`, `camel-knative`,
`camel-salesforce`, …). It now says to add the component to the parent's `case`
in `getComponentPath()`.
   - **Shortened:** AssertJ/Awaitility (the rules stay, most examples removed),
issue investigation (git history review and the knowledge-cutoff note folded
in), documentation conventions, JIRA transitions, PR
description/reviewers/backport sections (merged into one "Pull Requests"
section).
   - **Removed:** the repository structure tree, the component layout, the
class-naming conventions, the links, the version number (it goes stale; the pom
has it), and the "Community Engagement" section asking agents to get users to
star the repository.
