Croway opened a new pull request, #1839: URL: https://github.com/apache/camel-website/pull/1839
The README does not say when or how to run `update-camel-cli-manifest.sh` and `scripts/camel-cli-aliases.sh`. Today the only documentation is the comment at the top of each script. This adds a "Camel CLI installers and release manifests" subsection under "Release of Apache Camel (core)": - what the manifests in `static/camel-cli/releases` are (`X.Y.Z`, `latest`, `X.Y`, `lts`); - the order of the steps after a release: publish the release note first (`draft: false`, `kind: lts` for an LTS line), then run the script with or without `--latest`, then commit and open a PR; - what the `camel-cli-manifests` CI check does, and when to use `rebuild`. It describes the flow after #1838 (the `lts` and `X.Y` aliases, and the release note checks), so it should be merged after #1838. @davsclaus could you check that this describes the full release flow, and add any step that is missing (for example where it sits in the release process relative to the Maven Central sync and the announcement)? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
