* feat: publish lts and X.Y Camel CLI manifest aliases
Adds lts.properties (newest LTS release) and X.Y.properties (newest patch
of each release line) next to latest.properties under
static/camel-cli/releases, for the installer selectors of CAMEL-26345.
- Re-vendor scripts/WebsiteManifestGenerator.java, which now maintains
the aliases forward-only and has a --rebuild-aliases [--check] mode.
- update-camel-cli-manifest.sh reads kind/draft/category from
content/releases/release-<version>.md, passes --lts true for LTS
releases, fails for a missing or draft release page, and checks the
aliases afterwards. CAMEL_GENERATOR_SRC and CAMEL_INSTALL_SRC_DIR take
the generator and installers from a local apache/camel checkout.
- scripts/camel-cli-aliases.sh derives the LTS versions from the release
pages and runs the generator to check or rebuild the aliases.
- Backfill: lts -> 4.22.2, 4.13 ... 4.23 -> the newest patch of each line.
- CI: a pr.yaml job checks the aliases against the exact-version manifests.
- Document the manifests in content/download/camel-cli-launcher.md.
