Thanks @davsclaus, added in bb00ec03fad7: two tests for a header of `false` over an endpoint option of `true`, one with `onlyFirst=true` and one with `ignoreSSLWarnings=true`. In each, the exchange with the header has the option off: all pages are harvested, and the self-signed certificate is rejected. The next exchange without the header uses the endpoint option again.
