Camel-Spring-Boot Daily #431/#432 on main is UNSTABLE because `CamelCatalogIT.allComponentsCovered` fails with: ``` Missing component integration tests: camel-mtconnect-starter (mtconnect) ``` The starter was added in 85c5130c5e6 without its integration test. This adds `CamelMtconnectIT`, the standard template generated by `mvn -Pgenerate -Dstarter=mtconnect -pl tests/camel-itest-spring-boot`, same as #2063 did for hibernate. The component needs no external service or extra configuration (the agent URL is an endpoint option, so nothing connects at startup). Verified locally with `-Dit.test=CamelCatalogIT,CamelMtconnectIT` (6 tests, all pass). Without the class, `CamelCatalogIT` fails with exactly the mtconnect message above. Note: `./starter-create` does not generate this IT, so every new starter pushed without running the `generate` profile breaks `CamelCatalogIT` on the Daily build (openfga, odata, openfeature, hibernate and now mtconnect).
