@davsclaus thanks, point 1 is in 0a1f2bc: the delimiter is now
`Unpooled.wrappedBuffer(new byte[] { (byte) endByte1, (byte) endByte2 })`. The
new `EmbeddedChannel` test sends an encoder frame with start byte `0x8c` and
end byte `0xff` through the decoder with a limit of 50. With the old delimiter
it fails with `TooLongFrameException: frame length exceeds 50: 52 - discarded`;
with the fix it passes, and so do the other `HL7MLLPNetty*Test` tests (17
tests).
