docs: stop pointing at the external examples repository
The sample projects in the former examples repository are not this
project's own code and cannot be contributed under the Apache License, so
the repository and its documentation no longer link to them: the examples
pointer directory, the CONTRIBUTING and kit README sections, and the
mentions on the Antora landing, contributing, greenfield and BizTalk pages
are removed. The pages keep their walkthroughs.
