Added `testNestedTaskThatThrowsDoesNotUseUpTheInlineDepth` in 77d76a7dd6de. A task holding the only permit runs 100 nested tasks that each throw, and catches each failure. All 100 must run inline. I checked that it can fail: without the `finally` that restores the depth, it fails with `expected: <100> but was: <64>`.
