URL: https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/pull/9418

   `SpringSupportTest.verifySourcesJarManifest` reads the `target` directories
of the `spring/shade` modules. When an incremental build selects only
`spring/integration-test`, those modules are not built and the test fails, as
seen on #9402, where a Groovy version bump reaches the test module via
`rest-assured`:

   ```
   IllegalStateException: The sources JAR location does not exist:
.../extensions-support/spring/integration-test/../shade/beans/target
   ```

   This adds `-am` to the `-pl` branch of the `extensions-support` functional
test step, so that upstream modules are part of the reactor. Trim mode already
does the same with `-Dscalpel.alsoMake=true`.

   **Testing**

   Run locally from `extensions-support`, after cleaning the `spring/shade`
target directories:

   | Command | Result |
   |---|---|
   | `-pl spring/integration-test package` | Fails with the error above |
   | `-pl spring/integration-test -am package` | Passes, building 12 modules |

   CI on this PR does not exercise the change. `ci-build.yaml` is a Scalpel
full build trigger, so the step takes the trim mode branch rather than `-pl`.
