Build upstream modules for incremental extensions-support tests
SpringSupportTest reads the target directories of the spring/shade modules.
When an incremental build selects only spring/integration-test, such as for
a
Groovy version bump that reaches it via rest-assured, those modules are not
built and the test fails. Add -am so that they are part of the reactor.
