Docs only, follow-up of CAMEL-26117 (#28893). - The `debezium-mongodb` note said the `CamelDebeziumBefore` header is never available, because MongoDB's oplog has no before state (Debezium 0.10). Debezium now reads change streams, and the before state is filled when `captureMode` is `change_streams_with_pre_image` or `change_streams_update_full_with_pre_image` (MongoDB 6.0+, pre-images enabled on the collection). With the default `change_streams_update_full` the header is `null`. The note now says that. - The two "more information about configuration" links pointed to the Debezium 0.10 docs; they now point to the current (`stable`) engine properties and MongoDB connector properties pages (anchors checked).
