Upgrades MariaDB Connector/J from 3.5.10 to 4.0.0. Supersedes the Dependabot
PR #28931, whose CI failed.

   - **Test fix:** Connector/J 4 enables TLS by default (`sslMode=verify-full`,
CONJ-1321), which rejects the self-signed certificate of the embedded MariaDB4j
server. `SqlFunctionDataSourceTest` failed with `Cannot use authentication
plugin mysql_native_password with a Self signed certificates`; it now sets
`sslMode=trust`.
   - **Upgrade guide:** the driver is not test-only for users.
`dsl/camel-kamelet-main/src/main/known-third-party-libraries.properties` maps
`org.mariadb.jdbc` to `${mariadb-version}`, so `camel run` downloads 4.0.0. The
4.24 upgrade guide lists the breaking changes from the [4.0.0
changelog](https://github.com/mariadb-corporation/mariadb-connector-j/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md):
TLS by default, stricter `executeQuery()` (`permitNoResults`),
`setSavepoint()` in auto-commit, AWS IAM in a separate artifact, Java 17
minimum.
   - camel-sql's own `executeQuery()` (the SQL consumer's poll query) always
returns a result set, so it is not affected.

Tested locally: `SqlFunctionDataSourceTest` passes against driver 4.0.0
(both tests ran, none skipped).
