Thanks for the review. 1. Good catch, fixed: `stopThreadPool` now goes through `stopStep` too. A `RuntimeException` from `destroy()` thrown inside the `computeIfPresent` lambda would have kept the entry, the very thing this PR is about. 2. Intentional: `disconnect`, the path every route stop takes, always removed the MBean after `server.stop()`; only the component `doStop` did it the other way round.
