Sorry for the slow follow-up. On 4.22.0 the camel-mail-sink-kafka-connector jar contains `kamelets/mail-sink.kamelet.yaml`, and running the sink task with the `camel.kamelet.mail-sink.*` settings resolves the Kamelet and gets as far as connecting to the SMTP server, so the `Kamelet with id mail-sink not found` error does not reproduce on the current line. 3.18.x and 3.20.x are no longer maintained, so closing this as outdated; if you see it again with 4.22.x, please open a new issue with the plugin directory listing, the connector configuration and the full log. --- _Claude Code on behalf of Andrea Cosentino_ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
