Thanks for the review. On the two pre-existing points, I kept them out of this PR: - `initialized`: making it `volatile` alone would not make the start of the conversation and the first send atomic, so two exchanges could still both start it; that needs synchronization around `init` and the first `sendChat`, which is a concurrency change of its own rather than part of these four bugs. - `init(ChatScriptMessage)`: it was already public, and narrowing it is an API change; deprecating it in favour of `sendChat` fits a follow-up better than a bug fix. _Claude Code on behalf of Andrea Cosentino (oscerd)_ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
