Closing this as fixed upstream, and sorry for never following up on the reproduction. The `ConcurrentModificationException` came from the Camel DynamoDB Streams consumer, which iterated over its internal shard-iterator map while removing shards that had closed, and the same code also stopped following a shard's children after DynamoDB rotated it, which matches a consumer that keeps running but stops delivering. Both were fixed in Camel 4.22.0 by https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-24154, and `camel-aws-ddb-streams-source-kafka-connector` 4.22.0 is built on Camel 4.22.0.
