Closing this as fixed: since 4.8.0 the salesforce-source Kamelet exposes the replay id (apache/camel-kamelets#2184), so on 4.22.x you can set `camel.kamelet.salesforce-source.replayId` instead of appending `?replayId=...&` to the topic name. Note that the configured value is applied every time the task starts; resuming from the last event already written to Kafka is a separate, more general feature tracked in #17.
