Fixes CamelDebugITCase.testDebug broken since ae2e38efecfa (CAMEL-25396, Oct 16). Root cause: requireInteractiveTerminal() fires when the IT launches camel debug via nohup (no TTY), process exits with code 2, no integration starts, log is empty. Fix: guard the TTY check with !background in Debug.doCall(). When --background is passed, the existing doRunDebug() spawns the integration as a detached child and the parent returns immediately.
