Backport of #28940 (CAMEL-26164) and #29260 (CAMEL-26281) to `camel-4.22.x`, as two commits in that order. Replaces #29266. #29260 builds on #28940: the processor and its test changed in #28940 first, which is not on this branch. A cherry-pick of #29260 alone conflicted, and the automated backport (#29266) does not compile. - **CAMEL-26164**: a clean cherry-pick of 9ee1e7cfade6. It fixes the webhook query parsing and the NPE when the HTTP method header is missing. - **CAMEL-26281**: a cherry-pick of 39039a5ce040. The conflicts are only in code this branch does not have: the body type annotation and the YAML tab in the docs. The security option owners map of SecurityUtils is newer than this branch, so only the security option entry is added. The generated files, the catalog copy and the endpoint DSL are regenerated for this branch. The upgrade guide note stays on main. Built and tested locally: `camel-whatsapp`, 29 tests, all pass.
