Thanks, Claus, I did both for the Dependabot point. `parent/pom.xml` now has
a one-line comment above `ibm-sdk-core-version` that says to stay on 9.24.x and
why, pointing to the camel-ibm pom. `.github/dependabot.yml` ignores
`com.ibm.cloud:sdk-core` with `versions: [">= 9.25.0"]`, with a comment on the
reason and when to revisit, like the fugue and classgraph entries. Dependabot's
Maven requirement parser takes the `>= 9.25.0` form as it is, so 9.24.x patch
releases are still offered.

On declaring it in the other modules: agreed, applied.
camel-ibm-watson-language, camel-ibm-watson-speech-to-text,
camel-ibm-watson-text-to-speech and camel-ibm-secrets-manager now declare
`sdk-core` next to their IBM SDK, without a version, so it comes from
camel-ibm-parent; their endpoints already import `IamAuthenticator` from it. I
included secrets-manager for the same reason: its users got the 9.23.1 of
Secrets Manager 2.0.28 while we test with 9.24.3. The comment in
camel-ibm-parent now says that each module that uses sdk-core declares it, and
camel-ibm-watsonx-data does so in #28975. An application that depends on
camel-ibm-watson-language now resolves sdk-core 9.24.3 with OkHttp 4.12.0, and
the module tests pass with it: language 4, speech-to-text 5, text-to-speech 5,
secrets-manager 6, discovery 6.

Thanks for the camel-couchdb note, it holds: cloudant 0.10.22 takes sdk-core
9.27.0 from its parent, and OkHttp 5 with it. An application that combines
camel-couchdb with any camel-ibm module that uses sdk-core now gets 9.24.3,
whatever the order of its dependencies (before, the order decided between
9.20.0 and 9.27.0). I checked cloudant and cloudant-common 0.10.22 against
sdk-core 9.24.3 and OkHttp 4.12.0: every method and field they call exists
there, so the combination links. We should move both together when the IBM SDKs
go to OkHttp 5.
