Closing this as fixed. The double Base64 encoding came from the `marshal: json` step that the `azure-eventhubs-source` Kamelet used to apply to the event body; that step was removed when the connectors were aligned to Kamelets 0.10.0 (first released in 3.19.0), and in 4.22.x the Kamelet emits the event body as raw bytes (`application/octet-stream`). With `camel-azure-eventhubs-source-kafka-connector` 4.22.x and `value.converter=org.apache.kafka.connect.converters.ByteArrayConverter`, the record value should be the original event payload.
