_Claude Code on behalf of davsclaus_ Backport of #28895 (CAMEL-26118) to `camel-4.18.x`: a straight cherry-pick (`git cherry-pick -x 0e2a286dc6de`). The only difference from #28895: `camel-4.18.x` has no catalog copy of the component docs (`catalog/camel-catalog/src/generated/resources/org/apache/camel/catalog/docs/flowable-component.adoc`), so that hunk is dropped. A `flowable:` producer created before its inbound channel is deployed (for example a route that starts before the channel model) no longer fails every send with a `NullPointerException`: it uses the endpoint that the channel model processor registers when the channel is deployed, and fails with a `FlowableException` naming the channel key until then. The component doc also gets the right URI scheme (`flowable:channelKey`). It also makes `FlowableProducer` the same as on main, so the follow-up backport of CAMEL-26282 (#29150) applies to this branch without a conflict.
