URL: https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/29400

   # Description

   [CAMEL-26703](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-26703)

Small fixes in the camel-sql page, so that it matches the code:
   - The Clustering section said the property `recoverByInstance` must be set
to true. That property does not exist; the property of
`ClusteredJdbcAggregationRepository` is `recoveryByInstance`
(`setRecoveryByInstance`).
   - The options table of the JDBC idempotent repository showed the default
`createString` without `PRIMARY KEY (processorName, messageId)`. The code
default (`JdbcMessageIdRepository.DEFAULT_CREATE_STRING`) and the schema shown
earlier on the same page have it, and the page says this constraint is what
stops two concurrent consumers from adding the same key. The table now shows
the code default. It also lists `clearString` now, which was missing.
   - The Orphan Lock section had its two conditions swapped. A lock whose
`createdAt` is at or after `now - lockMaxAgeMillis` is held by an active
instance, and an older one is taken over (`queryForInt` and `insert` of
`JdbcOrphanLockAwareIdempotentRepository`).

The catalog copy of the page is updated too (identical to the component
page). Docs only, no code change.

   # Target

   - [x] I checked that the commit is targeting the correct branch (Camel 4
uses the `main` branch)

   # Tracking
   - [x] If this is a large change, bug fix, or code improvement, I checked
there is a [JIRA issue](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL) filed for
the change (usually before you start working on it):
[CAMEL-26703](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-26703).

   # Apache Camel coding standards and style

   - [x] I checked that each commit in the pull request has a meaningful
subject line and body.
   - [ ] I have run `mvn clean install -DskipTests` locally from root folder
and I have committed all auto-generated changes.
(Docs only: I updated the catalog copy of the page by hand and checked
that it is identical to the component page. I did not run the full root build.)

   # AI-assisted contributions

   - [x] If this PR includes AI-generated code, commits have proper
co-authorship attribution (e.g., `Co-authored-by` trailers) and the PR
description identifies the AI tool used.
This PR was prepared with Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5). The commit
carries a `Co-Authored-By` trailer.
