Keeping track of the issue:
```java
rest().post("/hello")
.enableCORS(true)
.route()
.setBody().constant("Ciao");
```
The enableCORS option is ignored.
Users can pass `-p customizer.platform-http.cors.enabled=true` to configure
CORS, but we need to fix this.
