    Why is this PR needed?
    hitcount link in readme md file is not working
    
    What changes were proposed in this PR?
    Remove the hitcount link as its not required.
    
    Does this PR introduce any user interface change?
    No
    
    Is any new testcase added?
    No
    
    This closes #4128
