## Summary Port the Agent detection and read-only Agent page from `casdoor-aiguard`. This PR adds: - Cross-platform AI Agent detection for Linux, macOS, and Windows - Fingerprint-based installation and version identification - OpenAgent local service confirmation - Hermes installation validation - Administrator-only Agent detection API - Administrator-only `/agents` page - Agent name, version, installation method, owner, and path display - Agent icons with a fallback icon - English, Chinese, and fallback translations ## API Add the administrator-only endpoint: ```http GET /api/get-agents -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
