URL: https://github.com/apache/casbin-gateway/pull/231

   ## Problem

`npm uninstall -g` removes a package from the prefix npm's own configuration
names, while a scan finds installations in every npm tree on the host. On a
machine with more than one prefix, uninstalling an agent found in another tree
removed nothing, exited zero, and the page reported the agent gone while it was
still installed.

   ## Solution

An npm uninstall now names the prefix derived from the installation's own
path, and every finished uninstall is checked against a fresh scan before it is
reported as a success, with the path it is still at when it fails.
