Thanks for the detailed report! This is fixed in https://github.com/apache/casbin-rust-diesel-adapter/commit/c9841ac66eddd42f8f362bee36726cf2e01120a3. Instead of adding a new constructor, `DieselAdapter::new()` now checks whether `casbin_rule` already exists and skips `CREATE TABLE` if it does, so it works on read-only replicas and with roles that lack the CREATE privilege, with no API change.
