Prepare the 1.47.0 LuaRocks metadata, add NOTICE and the incubation disclaimer, and include LuaXP's MIT terms. Install matching legal files under the rock's doc directory and keep the existing casbin package/import compatible. The declared Lua range reflects the pinned luaposix requirement (<5.5). The module list now includes Cache, DefaultCache and UpdateAdapter: the old installed package fails to load CachedEnforcer. Validation covered extracted-source tests on Lua 5.1–5.4 and LuaJIT (175 each), a source-rock consumer with 175 tests, a real SQLite adapter round trip, and byte comparison of installed legal files.
