the cli syntax does not allow a dash in an identifier, which means that it is
impossible to connect to a hostname such as foo-bar.com.
It also forbids it in keyspace and column family names while it seems they are
both supported by cassandra itself.
Adding "_" as an allowed "identifier" character seems to fix both problems. I
think the grammar is still broken in that it allows "_" in hostnames, but that
seems a non issue.
