batched Deletions cannot delete slices of columns

Due to the way SliceRanges are dealt with on the receiving end of a Message,
batch_mutate cannot take Deletions that delete a slice of columns in a key.
This seems dependent on CASSANDRA-293 which has an unreviewed patch.
