The lack of something which can be run locally on nodes without graphical
interfaces has proven to suck mightily. I propose the attached patch
(v1-0001-CASSANDRA-1133.-new-loadSchemaFromYAML-utility.txt) as a temporary
stop-gap, to be removed when SS.loadSchemaFromYaml is removed, or when awesomer
tools are committed, whichever comes first.
