The Ripcord team wishes upon a star that there was a way to make queries to a
cluster's Snitch using JMX or the cassandra API. As in, exposing the getRack()
and getDatacenter() calls. This would allow our monitoring and control
software to have a similar idea about "where" nodes are as the cluster itself,
and improve visualization.
