Then it won't have the init problem.
Yup. Maybe go one step further and put all of them somewhere centralized? At
least all the executors inside StorageSerive (scheduledTasks, tasks,
optionalTasks). *Maybe* other executors too (BatchlogManager, Gossipper, etc.)?
