Actually the rpm package runs cassandra as the cassandra user. So to do this we 
should add an export to the cassandra user's bashrc file. I guess we can just 
assume /usr/share/java/jna.jar is where it will be installed for rpm based 
systems.  Not sure how it works on debian yet.

This all seems kinda hacky, could be there is another way to do this I'm not 
aware of.
