Sylvain Lebresne resolved CASSANDRA-8165.

Resolution: Duplicate
We don't include tombstones in schema digest since 2.0.7 (CASSANDRA-6862).
Regarding 1.2, it's kind of end-of-lifed at this point (there is a good change
that 1.2.19 was the last release on that serie).
