Currently with the (CQL)BulkOutputFormat, we write sstables out to disk before
streaming them to nodes in the ring. An obvious optimization would be to write
them to the network directly. If this were a reusable piece, it would be nice
to use this for a bulk output piece for the Spark integration as well.
