Doesn't seem to work if the keyspace doesn't exist:

{noformat}
$ tools/bin/cassandra-stress write -mode native cql3 user=cassandra 
password=cassandra
Unable to create stress keyspace: You have not logged in
{noformat}

If you make the KS first, you get that error, but then writes do work.

Also, logging in for thrift should be pretty simple to add, should probably 
also add that as well.
