ISTM this could still affect thrift users? If they insert a range tombstone
that spans a non-singleton range, and query a slice starting in the middle of
that range...?
Further, if CASSANDRA-6237 appears sometime soon, we could continue to break
this with:
INSERT INTO space1.table1(a,b,c) VALUES(1,1,'1');
// nodetool flush
DELETE FROM space1.table1 where a=1 and b > 0;
// nodetool flush
SELECT * FROM space1.table1 where a=1 and b=1;
