Can't pass a class to registerMBean, so this doesn't work :\
I suggest you to rename AuthMBean to PermissionsCacheMBean, and have
PermissionsCache implement it, then register in the constructror (it's a
singleton, so it's fine).
Also, some nits:
- redundant 'this' in updateCache()
- should add {get,set}PermissionsUpdateInterval() to the mbean, for symmetry,
too
