request to create a nodetool quick display status for backup and handoff
statusbackup - Status of incremental backup
statushandoff - Status of storing future hints on the current node
similar to the following status commands:
statusbinary - Status of native transport (binary protocol)
statusgossip - Status of gossip
statusthrift - Status of thrift server
The output would just need to be simple as ON/OFF or similar TRUE/FALSE.
