Description:
For every developer's github fork create a page with a list of branches with
an aggregate go/no go for all the testing jobs on the branch.
For each branch provide a page listing the job(e.g. dtests, utests) that ran on
that branch and the result.
Allow developers to exclude branches by include notest in the name.
