I'm sure we don't change that behavior for a long time. It can be pre-1.2 or 
even further before.
And AntiEntropySessions is removed on 3.0. Repair will run on thread pool 
allocated to each repair invocation.

I think this issue can be superceded by CASSANDRA-8076 or CASSANDRA-5839.
