There is no hard deadline, but I think we're aiming for release at the end of
May. The real question is when we impose feature freeze, which is somewhat
dependent on the commit of CASSANDRA-8099. Small but important commits like
CASSANDRA-7066 probably have a commit window (IMO only) of a week or two after
CASSANDRA-8099, or the end of April, whichever is sooner. So we have time.
